Take care of yourself.
Sometimes you just need someone to talk to. Below are phone numbers for helplines offering free and confidential support — in Poland, for anyone who needs it.
It can be your first step towards feeling better.
Children and Youth Helpline
Support for children and young people up to 18 years old. Anonymous and free of charge, available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
All-Day Helpline for Children, Youth, Parents and Teachers
A free line for anyone who wants to talk through a problem with experienced psychologists, pedagogues and legal advisors. Run by the ITAKA Foundation on behalf of the Ministry of National Education.
Anti-Depression Helpline
Run by the Forum Against Depression, open every Wednesday and Thursday from 17:00 to 19:00.
First Psychological Aid Helpline
Available Monday to Friday 17:00–20:00, and Saturdays 15:00–17:00.
The first steps are always the hardest.
Remember, taking care of yourself and seeking support is a sign of strength — not a weakness. If you are a Quark student and would rather talk to someone you already know, any teacher or our Coordinator for Reports & Support is always ready to listen.
This page lists independent, publicly available helplines in Poland — Quark English Club does not run or moderate them. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please call 112 (the general emergency number). See also our Child Protection Standards.
