Your rights

What you can do.

Everything below follows directly from our documents, in force since 10 September 2026. Each point names its legal basis so you can check it.

Your data

Send your request to privacy@quasarhub.pl. You do not have to justify it or use any particular form.

  • art. 15 RODO

    Access and a copy

You can find out what data we hold about you, why, and who we share it with — and receive a copy of it.

  • art. 16 RODO

    Rectification

If anything is wrong or incomplete, we correct it at your request.

  • art. 17 RODO

    Erasure

You can ask us to delete your data. Some of it we cannot remove immediately — invoices, for instance, which tax law requires us to keep; where that applies we will tell you exactly what and why.

  • art. 18 RODO

    Restriction of processing

You can ask us to pause processing — for example while it is being established whether the data is accurate.

  • art. 20 RODO

    Data portability

Data we process by automated means on the basis of consent or a contract is provided in a machine-readable format.

  • art. 21 RODO

    Objection

You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including direct marketing. For marketing the objection is unconditional — we simply stop.

  • art. 7 ust. 3 RODO

    Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw any consent at any time, without giving a reason, and without affecting what was lawfully done before. Withdrawing marketing consent has no effect at all on your contract or your classes.

  • art. 77 RODO

    Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe we process data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw — or with the supervisory authority where you habitually reside.

For a participant under 18, these rights are exercised by their guardian. A participant aged 16 or over can withdraw consent to the use of their image themselves.

Your contract

  • §9 Regulaminu · ustawa o prawach konsumenta

    Withdrawal within 14 days

You can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. There is a dedicated function in your account for this — no email or letter needed. Payment is refunded within 14 days of us receiving the statement.

  • §9 ust. 4 Regulaminu

    If classes have already started

If you agreed to classes starting before the 14 days were up and then withdraw, you pay only for the lessons actually held, pro rata. The rest is returned.

  • §8 Regulaminu

    Complaints

You can file a complaint by email or in writing. We reply on a durable medium promptly, and within 14 days of receiving it at the latest.

  • §6 Regulaminu

    Settlement of lessons actually held

Within 14 days of a course ending we check the number of lessons against the schedule ourselves. If there were fewer because of us, we refund the difference — you do not have to ask.

Withdrawing from your contract

The function lives in your account and stays available for the whole period in which you have the right to withdraw. Once you confirm, you receive an email with the full text of the statement and the date and time it was filed.

Complaints and statements can also be sent to kontakt@quasarhub.pl or in writing to the registered office of QUASAR.HUB sp. z o.o..

Your consents

Your account settings show every consent you have ever given — with the date and the version of the document it was given against. Any of the optional ones can be withdrawn there in one click.
